Chief Executive Officer, Jeremy Nixey’s vision has always been for Shaw to deliver the type of care that we would want for our own loved ones and to be an employee-owned company. In May 2020, an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) acquired a 51% equity stake in the company taking the employee-owned percentage to 75%. Jeremy wanted to give the opportunity and responsibility to all employees to develop and improve Shaw, share in its success, look after the interests of all employees equally and to shape and protect the future of the company.
